connection loss after injection/execution

Seems like since latest BE updates I regularly lose connection a few minutes after injecting bypass and running menu script. Have had zero problems before this. Injecting .DLL running simple esp doesnt seem to do this as much. What is causing this/how to get around it? Thanks, -W
