[Information] [Anti Cheat BE] What is a sig scan ?

Hey,



So correct me if i'm wrong but BE detects external hacks by doing sig scans right ?

But what is that exactly ?



They just scan for a word or a line of code and if your exe has it, you get detected ?

So for example, if you have "item magnet" in your code and they make a sig scan for it, every hacks with "item magnet" in it are gonna get spotted ?



Any explanations would be graet :)
