[Information] Non-Flickering ViewMatrix?

Hey guys, is anyone able to throw me a bone with a Non-Flickering Viewmatrix offset?



I used y3t's Dumper and tried all 3 that it found and they all flicker, so if anyone is able to help me out, its greatly appreciated! :).
