[Question] [Request] Storyline shit

So it's been bothering me for quite some time that the characters that don't appear in certain story line times appear when playing (so like hoxton in hoxton break out)

So the question is:

Is it possible to have bots/characters not appear in certain parts of the story line

So this is the list

Wick: should not appear in any heist up to Hoxton Breakout

Hoxton: Should not appear in any heist up to the diamond

Clover: Should also not appear in any heist up to the diamond

Dragan: Should not appear in any heist up the bomb

Houston(Probably not possible at all): Should have the name Hoxton up to Hoxton Breakout
