[Tutorial] All about PB signatures

How to get the punkbuster signatures

This should work for every punkbuster game (I can't confirm if this is right, I just think so :))



- Join a BF3 server where punkbuster is enabled

- wait around 5 minutes (in this time punkbuster is loading the signatures in your BF3.exe)

- Open up cheat engine.

- Change the "Value Type" to "String"

- Filter for "59002" <-- This is the first violation code for BF3

- rightclick the second value and choose "Browse this memory region"

- now you should see this

- now mark all signatures you see there (you have to scroll, this takes a bit) (if you see many dots, then you reached the end of the signatures)

- rightclick again and select "Copy to clipboard"

- paste your clipboard in a file and save it.



Now you are done, you have all signatures for BF3 in a single file :)

How to check your hack for detections

Downloading my tool. This will help you :)

Start my tool, select the files you want to check and the unformatted punkbuster signature file.

Click "Check!".

Now the tool will check for detections and will inform you.

Start my tool, select the unformatted punkbuster signature file.

Click "Format!".

Now the tool will format the signature file and will save it on your computer. Now it's up to you what you want to do with it :)

How to fix the violations (ofcourse you need the source)

I'll add this once my BF3 Hack is detected :)
