I have been doing some development targeting other goals than game hacking. I wrote a Netflow Collection tool that can collect Netflow data and dump it to a universal logging format. It currently supports logging to a file and only catches Netflow v5 traffic. The tool works on both Windows and Linux, currently tested in 32-bits. It is, ofcourse, open-source and available at a bitbucket repository.
